# Setup your wallet for BSC/BNB (Binance Smart Chain) and Testnet

### Configuring the wallet <a href="#configuring-the-wallet" id="configuring-the-wallet"></a>

You might notice straight away that we’re still dealing with an [Ethereum](https://academy.binance.com/en/articles/what-is-ethereum) wallet. At best, this won’t work with Binance Smart Chain DApps. At worst, **you could lose funds by sending them to addresses you can’t actually use**.

Let’s change that. We want to access the **Settings** to point the wallet towards Binance Smart Chain nodes.

On the Settings page, we want to locate the Networks menu.

We want to click **Add Network** in the top-right corner to **manually add the Binance Smart Chain** one – it doesn’t come packaged with MetaMask. It’s important to note that there are two networks we can use here: the testnet or the mainnet. Below are the parameters to fill in for each.

## Mainnet&#x20;

**Network Name:** Smart Chain

**New RPC URL:** [https://bsc-dataseed.binance.org/](https://rpc.ankr.com/bsc)

**ChainID:** 56

**Symbol:** BNB

**Block Explorer URL:** <https://bscscan.com>

**Network Name:** Smart Chain - Testnet

**New RPC URL:** <https://rpc.ankr.com/bsc_testnet_chapel>

We recommend adding both if you intend to use MetaMask to transfer [BNB](https://academy.binance.com/en/articles/what-is-bnb) or Binance Smart Chain tokens.&#x20;

Once you **Save** the Network and return to the main view, you’ll notice two things: the network has automatically been set to the one you just entered, and the units are no longer denominated in ETH, but in BNB.

## Bridging your ETH tokens to BSC&#x20;

Using multichain.xyz bridge by Anyswap you can easily bridge your tokens from ETH to BSC and start trading wrapped ERC20 tokens on Pancakeswap against BNB right away.

#### So how do you get your precious decentralized PPBLZ/PPDEX on CeDeFi?&#x20;

Go to [multichain.xyz](https://multichain.xyz/) while connected to the ETH mainnet network and choose **Swap.**

**Go tap on the icon bellow "From" and choose PPDEX on ETH. Fill PPDEX on BSC in the "To" box.**&#x20;

Now just follow the instructions on the screen. Your coins teleport from ETH chain to Binance Smart Chain after you hit ***Transfer***.

## Trading PPBLZ and PPDEX on Pancakeswap

Once you have setup Binance Smart Chain on your Metamask and got your wrapped tokens from the bridge, it's time to start trading on [Pancakeswap](https://exchange.pancakeswap.finance/#/swap).

## (LEGACY) Bridging your ETH tokens to BSC&#x20;

Using Burgerswap bridge you can easily bridge your tokens from ETH to BSC and start trading wrapped ERC20 tokens on Pancakeswap against USDT right away.

#### So how do you get your precious decentralized balls on CeDeFi?&#x20;

Go to [Burgerswap](https://burgerswap.org/) while connected to the ETH mainnet network and choose **Bridge.**

*Approve* and **Create** as many **crosschain assets**.&#x20;

You'll be instructed to switch to BSC to claim your newly created wrapped BEP20 tokens.

Once you have read the note and accept it, you will be able see the wrapped tokens in the lower part of the screen.

Press on *Copy contract address* and input the value to the *Choose token* field by pasting the contract address. Redeem as many tokens as you like from the bridge.

Once you redeem your bPPBLZ or bPPDEX you can start trading them on Pancakeswap.

If at any point you want to return your tokens back to ETH just use the bridge back to unwrap your BEP20 bPPBLZ and bPPDEX tokens to ERC20 PPBLZ and PPDEX from [Burgerswap](https://burgerswap.org/).

Once you have setup Binance Smart Chain on your Metamask and got your wrapped tokens from the bridge, it's time to start trading on [Pancakeswap](https://exchange.pancakeswap.finance/#/swap).
